Trace

A clearer trail from evidence to review.

The core journey.

Collect evidence, assign an owner, flag a gap, review the response, and record the decision. A reviewer should be able to understand why an item is ready without reconstructing the full conversation.

What we would make.

  • Review queue with owner and evidence status
  • Evidence detail and version history
  • Missing, stale, revoked-access, and conflicting-source states
  • A handoff checklist and acceptance criteria

How we would evaluate it.

Test the core task with representative users and realistic failure cases. Record completion, confusion, recovery, and incorrect decisions. Agree acceptance criteria before implementation and keep unresolved risks visible in the delivery plan.

Concept boundaries.

This concept is not a compliance certification, legal opinion, security product, or deployed application.
