Report an issue

Email anudeep.adiraju@gmail.com or use the private channel in your agreement. Include the affected product and version, expected and actual behavior, reproduction steps, time observed and any workaround. Do not email passwords, API keys or sensitive customer data.

The proposed defect correction period

The proposed 30-calendar-day period begins after acceptance and covers reproducible failures against the agreed scope. New features, changed requirements and third-party changes are assessed separately. Your signed terms govern the actual coverage.

Agree priorities before an incident

Define severity from user impact, not urgency labels alone. A blocked production journey, a feature with a workaround and a minor visual defect need different handling. At onboarding, record coverage hours, acknowledgment targets, escalation owner and next-update expectations.

Care is a planned allocation

The proposed plan starts at $3,500/month for up to 20 studio hours. Prioritize maintenance and improvements together. No response-time promise or unlimited changes apply without a written agreement.

Close the loop

Record the cause where known, the fix, validation evidence and any follow-up prevention. Close an issue when the agreed behavior is restored and communicated to the client.
