A small studio. A direct working relationship.

Purna is an independent studio led by Anudeep Adiraju in Austin, Texas. It connects product decisions, design and engineering for founders building their first useful app.

Who you work with

Anudeep is a software engineer working across applied AI, evaluation tools and product interfaces. Purna is a founder-led practice; specialist roles are discussed before they are added. It does not imply a large permanent team.

  • A named lead for scope, delivery and communication.
  • Capacity and start dates confirmed for each engagement.
  • Specialist access, fees and responsibilities agreed in advance.

For founders who need a useful first release

You bring the problem, audience and domain knowledge. We turn that context into a small release people can try, review the evidence together and decide what deserves another investment. The initial audience is non-technical mobile-app founders; this positioning remains a working hypothesis.

Look at the evidence

The studio studies show original concept work and are labeled as such. Anudeep’s personal portfolio describes separate engineering contributions and experiments. Neither is presented as proof of paid Purna client outcomes.

Keep the work in your hands

Repositories, hosting, developer accounts and production data belong in client-owned accounts. Access is named and scoped. Handoff includes agreed source, design files, operating notes and third-party licenses. Exact ownership and payment conditions belong in the signed agreement.

A calm working rhythm

Agree a review cadence, one decision owner and one place for the backlog. Each review shows completed work, open risks and the next decision. New requests are estimated before they replace or expand the agreed scope.
