The practical questions, answered.

Scope, ownership, pricing, timing and what happens when you get in touch.

Before we start

Can I start with an idea?

Yes. A blueprint is intended to turn an idea into a core journey, initial scope and a decision about what to test or build. It does not prove demand by itself.

Do you build for iPhone and Android?

That is the proposed app-build offer. The blueprint determines the technical approach, device features and supported versions before a platform commitment is made.

What does it cost?

Proposed starting prices are $2,500 for a blueprint, $9,500 for design & brand, $24,000 for an app build and $3,500/month for care. See the pricing page for scope and exclusions.

How soon could we launch?

A blueprint has a one-week planning range; design 3–4 weeks and a scoped app build 6–8 weeks. Access, feedback, dependencies and store review affect dates. We confirm capacity and a plan before promising a start or launch date.

Who owns the work and accounts?

The proposed model uses client-owned repositories, infrastructure and developer accounts. Project-work ownership, payment conditions and third-party licenses are specified in the agreement.

Are the case studies client projects?

Fieldwork, Trace and Relay are original fictional studio concepts. The sample dashboard uses illustrative data. They are not paid Purna client work or verified commercial results.

Is App Store approval guaranteed?

No. Purna can prepare and support an agreed submission; Apple and Google control review decisions and timing.

Can you work on an existing app or internal workflow?

Yes, subject to fit and discovery. We first review the source, access, dependencies and the specific outcome. Legacy integration, migration and internal AI work are scoped individually.

What happens after release?

Your agreement defines acceptance, the proposed defect correction period and any care allocation. Support hours and escalation are explicit; 24/7 coverage is not included by default.

What happens when I prepare a brief?

The site creates text locally. Open it in your email app and press Send there, or copy it into an email. You can also book through the linked Cal.com page. The website does not silently submit your details.
