Relay

Useful automation. A person at the important turns.

The core journey.

Receive a request, check required information, suggest a route with a reason, let an operator confirm it, and record the outcome. Low-confidence or sensitive requests return to a human queue.

What we would make.

  • Intake schema and routing decision map
  • Operator review queue with confidence and rationale
  • Duplicate, missing-context, timeout, and override states
  • Evaluation examples, retry policy, and escalation runbook

How we would evaluate it.

Test the core task with representative users and realistic failure cases. Record completion, confusion, recovery, and incorrect decisions. Agree acceptance criteria before implementation and keep unresolved risks visible in the delivery plan.

Concept boundaries.

This is a workflow concept. No live integrations, provider reliability, automation savings, or operational outcomes are claimed.
