Make the app understandable before you build it.

A focused design phase connects your audience, core journey and visual identity in a prototype you can use on a phone.

Start with the everyday task

Name the person using the app, the situation they are in and the result they need. Build the navigation around that task, with a clear path into and out of the main journey.

Design the states people actually encounter

Include loading, empty, error, offline and permission states alongside the happy path. Clarify what happens when a person declines access, loses connectivity or needs to undo a change.

Connect identity to the interface

Define typography, color, layout, icons and reusable controls. Apply the identity to key app screens and the agreed store or launch assets. Keep legibility and touch targets practical on small screens.

Review a clickable prototype

Walk the prototype together, collect one consolidated round of feedback at each agreed checkpoint and record unresolved assumptions. User testing is scoped explicitly; a polished prototype is not evidence of demand.

Leave with a buildable handoff

Deliver the agreed source design files, flow notes, component states, copy and asset licenses. Link decisions and acceptance criteria so the developer can tell what is ready and what still needs an answer.
